Our membership subscriptions are changing from April 2014. We are introducing a new streamlined monthly charge that is payable throughout the year via standing order. We hope that the new system will be more straightforward and easier for all involved.
For April 2014 to March 2015, the monthly subscription for membership of the Scout Group will be as follows:
- First Child: £9 per month
- Second Child: £6 per month
- Third Child: £3 per month
If you have two children in the Scout Group, you should pay £15 per month.
All children will be issued with information about the new fees including our bank account information and a Standing Order mandate for those that have not yet embraced electronic banking!
Payments should be setup to start in April 2014 and should continue until further notice.
We are not anticipating accepting cheques or cash for subscriptions going forward and membership fees should never be sent with your child on a meeting night.
If you have any queries or are facing financial difficulty, please contact the Group Chairman or your child’s section leader as soon as possible.
