We are delighted to announce a £1,000 donation from the Cheshire Freemasons for the purchase of new tents. We would especially like to thank Bob Harrop and Mike Keithly from the local area committee for taking the time to present the cheque at our recent Annual General Meeting.
The Scout Group is always searching for funds to replace and update our equipment, especially tents and other items that support our varied and exciting programme of events based around outdoor challenge and adventure. It is always a struggle to find sufficient funds to support our volunteers with the best possible equipment and we are very grateful to the Freemasons for this fantastic contribution to Group funds.
